We love our bathroom! I feel like I'm at a nice hotel every time I go in there. (Then the kids yell and scream and I remember where I'm at!) I gave your number to someone yesterday. She's an organizer that I'm using and she has a client that wants a kids room wall cabinet built in. Anyway, hopefully it'll turn into another job for you.

We just completed our living and dining room remodel and we are thrilled with the results. It was a joy to work with Brooks Fawley.

No matter how well remodels are planned, they can be difficult and at the least, disrupt the order in your home. Because we were able to get contractors in and out, our remodel went smooth.

As you can see from the photo of our living room, we added a fireplace with a mantel and two built-in cabinets on either side. The entryway to the dining room is also new. Around the corner in the dining room, there is another built-in cabinet.
With the exception of the masonry work, Brooks helped us design and then built the structure to house the fireplace as well as the cabinets, the mantel and the arch into the dining room. From start to finish, Brooks was timely, efficient and very easy to work with.

Aside from being tore up for several months, the remodel went very smooth. Different sub-contractors (plumber, electrician, mason, painters) all had to get in and out in between Brooks completing his portion of the work. If we were stumped on an issue, Brooks would patiently sit down with us and advise us on options.

When Brooks set up appointments, he kept them. When I left phone messages, he always returned my calls promptly. Brooks was also very good about emailing estimates for our review. He followed through on every detail.

I recently ordered and Brooks installed several Hunter Douglas pirouette shades for the living and dining room. It took me several months to decide on which fabric, color and design. Again, Brooks was very patient and helpful. There was no pressure to make a hurried decision. In fact, he wrote up several estimates so I could make my choice.

It's a pleasure to work with Brooks Fawley. We have already signed on for another remodel in our master bedroom and bath.
